SENDING YOUR CARDS

Card Packaging Guide

We take pride in showcasing your cards the right way — and that starts with proper packaging. Follow these simple steps to make sure your shipment arrives safe, secure, and ready to list.

1. Prep Your Cards

Sleeve and top load every card — no exceptions.
Remove all tape, stickers, or labels from top loaders.
Replace any scratched, cracked, or dirty top loaders.
Group cards that go together and clearly label each “lot.”

2. Protect Your Cards

Use team bags, shrink wrap, or shipping paper to bundle your cards.
Wrap tightly so cards can’t shift in transit.

3. Pack and Ship

Place your wrapped cards in a sturdy box.
Fill all empty space with packing material.
Give the box a shake — if you hear movement, repack it tighter.
Include your name or MB ID inside the box.
Ship to 1234 Street Dr, Cleveland, OH.

Ship it Right

Use sleeves AND top loaders for all cards.
Use clean, secure packaging materials.
Label and organize your cards clearly.
Keep your tracking info for reference.

Cards not packaged properly with tape on them.

No rubber bands (they break and damage cards).
No sending damaged cards without disclosure.
No shipping in worn, weak, or oversized boxes.
No loose cards in a box, always secure them.

Place a note inside the box with:

YOUR FULL NAME
YOUR INSTAGRAM USERNAME (if applicable)

Organize Your Cards

Sort them as best as possible by driver or set for easy processing.

Label Your PreferenceS

Clearly mark any cards that:

You prefer for Podium Packs instead of Singles Auctions
You’d like to be reviewed for Consignment or Grading
Mark all PSA cards and clearly mark any cards for higher service levels

Ensure your cards are well-protected to prevent damage during shipping. View tips below.
